When testing custom OCR model on the website (Azure dashboard) the data is fine but when getting the data through the api it isn't accurate, example I am getting the date of birth lets say it is presented as 19951108 on the document when on the dashboard it is giving me the correct value, but when using the API I am getting 9951.
Do I need to train it a bit more with more documents (I have used 6) or am I doing something wrong?

However, as you said your testing is successful for the same document, could you please make sure that the API version you are using is the same as the one used in the Azure dashboard?
