Keys not valid

Dear Microsoft Team,

We have recently acquired 18 MS Office 2019 Professional Plus product keys from a supplier in Algeria. Unfortunately, we have encountered an issue where these keys are reported as invalid, leading us to question their validity.

We are seeking guidance on how to assess the condition of these keys. Is it possible to determine whether they have been previously used or if they are somehow damaged? Additionally, we are interested in understanding if there is a way to identify the machines currently using these keys.

Your assistance and advice on how to proceed in this matter would be greatly appreciated. For further context and details, please refer to this below.

Hi @Yasmina Merniz,

You should contact the supplier and ask them to confirm these keys. As these keys are not bought directly from Microsoft, you have no access to open a ticket with Microsoft. If the supplier makes sure that these keys are from valid source, please ask them to contact Microsoft.
