Locked out from tennant

I got a new phone and now I cannot login to my tennant anymore.

Request from authenticator app is not working and code from authenticator app is also not working.

How can i fix this?

    You can try restoring a backup of Authenticator:

    Back up and recover account credentials in the Authenticator app
