Hello
Firstly, I would recommend checking if your NAS Synology is visible on your network. You can do this by opening the Command Prompt and typing "ping [NAS IP address]" (without quotes) and pressing Enter. If you receive a response, it means that your computer can communicate with the NAS.
If the NAS is visible on your network, you can try the following steps to resolve the issue:
- Check if the NAS is using the latest firmware version. If not, update it to the latest version.
- Check if the NAS is using the latest version of the Synology Assistant software. If not, update it to the latest version.
- Check if the NAS is using the latest version of the SMB protocol. If not, update it to the latest version.
- Check if the NAS is using the correct network settings. Make sure that the IP address, subnet mask, and default gateway are correct.
- Check if the NAS is using the correct workgroup or domain name. Make sure that it matches the workgroup or domain name of your Windows 11 computer.
- Check if the NAS is using the correct user credentials. Make sure that you have the correct username and password to access the NAS.
