Driver package with an INF that installs Inbox usbser.sys driver and installs a custom service

My driver package installs an inbox driver (usbser.sys) with more specific HW ID for usb device, also it installs a custom service.

I'm using this inbox driver only for the purpose of installing/starting my custom service in the driver package and make it part windows update after certification.

For submitting HLK certification, should I run HLK tests on Inbox driver usbser.sys and submit the HLK results package (.hlkx) for hardware submission?
