Surface IR Camera Front not installed on Surface Pro x

After reinstalling the image on a Surface Pro X the Surface IR Camera Front driver is not installed and shows as not configure in Device manager the event log shows

Device ACPI\OVTI7251\1c had a problem starting.

Try run Windows Update and see if you get the driver through Windows Update?

In many cases user might missing update and even install update after restart some additional update might appear.
