How to access file shares under storage accounts using URL

Question

Could you please let me know how can I access the file shares under storage account using public https URL?

I tried to generate a SAS URL with all the permissions on the file share. but when I tried to access it using the URL in browser/postman, I am getting the below error.

"Server failed to authenticate the request. Make sure the value of Authorization header is formed correctly including the signature."

can someone help me on this.
