Can you give a reason why there is such a restricted quota for NVv4 vCPUs? Are the VM Series quotas you've recommended similarly limited to the NVv4 series? Thank you.

    Why is there a restricted quota for GPU optimized VMs?

    The unofficial but simple answer here is that GPUs are under incredibly high demand as they are essential for AI related workloads. This tends to hold true for all GPU optimized VM sizes. We are working around the clock to build new datacenters and we are constantly adding new VMs however these GPUs are often taken by various customers as soon as they become available due to the demand for AI.

    We are seeing record breaking request numbers in all regions so the best advice currently is to keep an eye out for availability.

    While I wish I could point you in the direction of a GPU VM that was readily available, hopefully this information saves you some time searching and allows you to plan your projects more efficiently.
