we are facing timeout issue ,whenever we calling the appservice endpoint .

we are using ple enabled appservice in our environment ,when we are calling this appservice endpoint from kofax vm ,we are facing connection timeout issue ( client and server could not negotiate the desired level of security connection timeout )
we added the nsg inbound rule in ple subnet to allow the traffic from kofax vm and also kofax team added outbound rule to allow the appservice traffic.
WE are not using any certificates , kindly help us to resolve the issue

I understand that you are not able to connect to your App Service Private Endpoint from a VM.

Please share the network architecture of your VM and App Service

Is the VM and the App Service Private EndPoint are in same VNET?

Is this a new set up or was this working previously?

Are you able to access the App Service via Internet access from this VM?

i.e., was it working without using Private EndPoint?

To figure out if this is a connectivity issue or TLS/HTTPS issue,
Please open Powershell as admin in your VM
Run tnc <PrivateEndPointIp> -p 443
Run tnc <AppServiceDomain> -p 443

And share the results.
