I cannot any longer access my own question or the response to it. Get some strange message on language and when choosing other it does not work. I really need to continue that dialogue as I still have no clear response so need help to fix the q and a technical issue.

The team just shared that they are actively troubleshooting an issue with the URLs in the notification emails that point to multi-locales. I will post an update once there is a resolution. Thanks for the heads up.
A potential work around is to go to your Learn Profile and access the question directly through your recent activity list.

I am getting a server side error myself and the team confirms seeing the errors in the log although that post is loading for them right now. They are looking into it...
