Hello,

I tried several times to add Job Title to my information card, this has to be done from Delve.

I entered the job title and saved the changes but it never appears. I have waited for syncing 24 hours, I even waited weeks...

Does anyone know a solution for this?

Thanks

    Hi @56197122

According to the documentation, You may not be able to change all information in your profile. Some information, such as your name or title, may be collected from other systems that your IT or human resources department control.

If you would like to update your job title, please contact the administrator to make changes for you in the M365 Admin Center.

Job titles are entered and maintained by admins in the M365 admin center. From Delve, you can update your profile pic, about me, projects, etc., but not core profile information like your name, department or title.
