RD license code is not recognized

I have an RD CALS license code, when I try to install it on the Server through the wizard it says that the license code is not recognized.
My license is made up of 5 sets of 5 characters each. Windows Server 2016 Remote Desktop Services CALs. I'm installing on Windows Server 2012 R2
