Azure Open AI Playground Call completions failed even if I deployed

I deployed gpt-35-turbo and text-embedding-ada-002 on Azure Open AI portal.
There is "Azure Open AI Playground Call completions failed error message" when I send message in chat section.
How can I define this error?

Thank you for your support. Here is response from developer tools.(networking tab)
It looks my post request was rejected..

@reina Thanks for sharing additional details! Looks like the OPTIONS request itself is failing. Is it possible that you are using Azure OpenAI Service inside a Virtual Network?

Thank you for your confirming.
I can't not access to azure VMs because I can't access azure portal and run VMs..

Recently, I updated my Visual Studio Professional.

I use the azure subscription by this Visual Studio Professional license so I think that my updating is related this issue....

@reina I don't believe that might be the problem.

Could you confirm the model deployment in the deployments page? Also, is this a fine-tuned model or just a base model deployment?

Finally, could you try deleting and recreating the model, considering the OPTIONS request itself is failing?

I solved this issue. Thank you for your advising.
It look that the cause of this issue was fecthing tenants error.

<solution>
1.clearing cookies and cache from the browse. Also change blowser from firefox to chrome incognito browser
2.I access to azure portal from below URL.

"https://portal.azure.com/#@yourOrg.onmicrosoft.com"

Then, change to my tenant, there is no error.

I'm not sure why error can be resolved by changing access URL. However issue was resolved.
