How to change back to the original free IP address？

My server is free for 12 months, but I deleted the original IP address, resulting in my current IP address is charged, is there any way to change back to the original free IP address

    Once the original IP address is deleted, it may not be possible to recover it. However, you can create a new public IP address and associate it with your resource. If you are concerned about the cost of the new IP address, you can check with your cloud service provider to see if there are any options available to reduce the cost.
