You can subscribe to the service notifications on the Azure Databricks Status Page. This sends an alert to the status of the service you are subscribed

for system notificaitons, when your workflow experiences a run event such as start, success, and failure, By default, notifications are sent to user email addresses, but admins can configure alternate notification destinations using webhooks.
You must be an Azure Databricks workspace admin to manage notification destinations. Once configured, the destinations are available to all users.
You can follow the below steps to configure the notification emails.
Click your username in the top bar of the workspace and select Admin Settings from the dropdown.
Click the Notification destinations tab.
Click +New destination.
Select a destination type(Email, Slack, Webhook, MS Teams, PagerDuty)
Configure the destination based on the type.
Click Create.
