I bought my Laptop exactly a week ago. Yesterday it started prompting that my Microsoft account (@ outlook) password was changed but i did no changes at all. I bought the Microsoft Office Package and created a new account for it now and everything worked fine until yesterday.

Website is asking me to verify my account but sadly i did not purchase online so it doesnt have my card, nor did it have any email interactions, and recent password changes. I do not know what to do, i have to use my office but i cant because it keeps prompting that i should enter the "new" password.

I legally bought a Lifetime Suite. Should this be happening?????
