How do I transfer account ownership?

Our company was sold last year and we need to transfer this account to the new owner.

transfering an account ownership is described here very good: Transfer billing ownership of an MOSP Azure subscription to another account. Depending on what you want to transfer, e.g. billing, tenant, subscriptions you will find further information and links in the article.
