Custom template build model is disabled , how to enable that ?

Dear Azure users,

I have a Azure subscription(Visual Studio Enterprise subscription). Trying to create a custom model , where i could only select custom neural model, while custom template model option is disabled.

How to enable this? is this region or subscription specific?

    May I know the pricing tier of the resource? Also please share information regarding the API version of the project you are working by navigating to the left-hand pane (settings button) and count of the documents have you labeled?

    Try to check all these details and make sure to add enough documents and labels to train a model. As per my knowledge these reasons might have caused that issue. However, we can help you if we hear more information.
