I've completed the required steps to access the exercise, now the I can't get pass the commands that are prompt to run. I've went back a did the module over and I still can't get pass the commands.

Apologies or any confusion! Support for https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/training/paths/azure-fundamentals-describe-azure-architecture-services/ is new to Microsoft Q&A (on Azure Training tag). Can you please remove your comment posted on Oct-19 in which you have suggested other forums to get a resolution, so that others wouldn't be confused when going through this question as reference.

Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q & A forum. Based on our understanding of the issue, you’re practicing the following Learn Path Exercise:

Learning Path: Describe Azure architecture and services.

Module: Describe the core architectural components of Azure

Unit: 4 of 9 Exercise: Explore the Learn sandbox

Please follow the below mentioned steps to pass the commands that are prompt to run.

1.Signout from all the tabs in the browser and clear the cache files and try login again.

2.Try to login from an incognito window.
