Data not loading into flat file using execute process task

Hi All,
I am using a execute task process to execute a .cmd file. The jjob doesnt fail. It runs for 2 mins , but the file gets updated with a recent time stamp, but size of the file is 0kb. There is data in the source file.
Please advice.

Thanks. It is a .cmd file and that file calls a .ps script, which in turn loads the data into this flat file.

G:\Extracts\PowerShell_Scripts>powershell "& ""G:\Extracts\PowerShell_Scripts\Email.ps1"""
Cant post the ps1 script as it contains sensitive data.That exact script runs fine on a different server.

May I know if you change the file name and if you write the cmd correctly?

Thanks Monalv i tried those links to each step. I tried running power shell script instead and i am getting the following error message
[Execute Process Task] Error: In Executing "C:\Windows\System32\WindowsPowerShell\v1.0\powershell.exe" "-ExecutionPolicy ByPass -File G:\Extracts\PowerShell_Scripts Email.ps1" at "", The process exit code was "-196608" while the expected was "0".

Executing "C:\Windows\System32\WindowsPowerShell\v1.0\powershell.exe" "-ExecutionPolicy ByPass -File G:\Extracts\PowerShell_Scripts Email.ps1"

May I know if you can run the script above successfully in the command prompt?
