RDCMan.exe does not have an AppUserModelId, even though it is reported to have

RDCMan.exe does not have a specific AppUserModelId, even though it is supposed to have. In my system, using powershell's get-startapps, it is reported to be : Microsoft.SysinternalsSuite_8wekyb3d8bbwe!RDCMan.
Will it be added at some point? Is it perhaps something different?
