Hi Team,

Currently, we are using the Dev (No SLA) Standard_E2a_v4 instance. We are facing issues with low memory, and our lens jobs are failing due to timeouts caused by the single node configuration. As a solution, we are considering upgrading to the Standard_E4ads_v5 instance. Could you please provide more information about the features of the Standard_E4ads_v5 instance? Specifically, how it can help resolve the issues related to single node ingestion and low memory and lens jobs failures and data backup support and other related features? We appreciate your assistance in understanding the benefits of this upgrade.

If we upgrade to the Standard_E4ads_v5 instance, we have some questions related to this upgrade. Your assistance in addressing these questions would be greatly appreciated, as we are looking to upgrade as soon as possible:

  1. What is the level of SLA support and backup data maintenance included in this plan?
  2. How long is the upgrade process expected to take, and will our existing data be impacted during the upgrade?
  3. Will this plan effectively resolve our issues with low memory and lens job timeouts?

Thank you for your help in providing us with this information.
