How to redirect a SharePoint site from "https://ksp.domain.com" to "https://ksp.domain.com/sites.sme" when accessed from outside domain network.

I have a SharePoint site in my on premise SharePoint server 2019 with URL: https://ksp.domain.com. I want to redirect the URL to https:// ksp.domain.com/sites/sme to a site collection in SharePoint whenever users hit https://ksp.domain.com. However, this facility is to be performed from the internet only through reverse proxy i.e. outside domain network.

On the other hand, if users browser only https://ksp.domain.com and "https://ksp.domain.com/sites/sme" from from inside the domain network it would be serving respective contents from the respective URL's and no redirection is required while inside domain network.

How to achieve this configuration from IIS url rewrite from windows server. I saw lot of blogs but cannot accomplish the task. I need the step by step procedure to perform the task.

Can somebody help?
