Enable or Disable document printing, and

Disabling USB on devices.

    However, for Automatic document Watermarking configuration, it is not part of Microsoft Intune but part of Microsoft Purview Information Protection, Sensitivity Labels allow you to classify and protect your company documents and add watermark, you can refer the link below to get more information.
