after a window service gets stopped, my application crashes automatically. Is there any restriction that I should not run my Application while any windows service is getting executed ?

3-> The EaaS service terminated unexpectedly. It has done this 17 time(s).
3st step is my application which crashed.
Do I need to make sure my APp isn't running in between these windows services ?
