Passed an exam and I couldn't find my certificate.

I passed my exam yesterday (18-10-2023) with a score of 811 and didn't receive an email with a passing Also I couldn't find my certificate in my Microsoft profile.

Exam: AZ-120 - Planning and Administering Microsoft Azure for SAP Workloads

So, Please help me to get my certificate.
