My tenant seems to have teams web access disabled by default. Found this support article here:
But, when I follow the instructions and try to go to the properties page for Teams Web Client in Azure or Entra admin portals, I get the error:
The request either timed out or your browser refused the connection. Check your network status, browser settings, browser extensions, or VPN settings for conflicts.

2023-10-20T17:02:00.84+00:00 THhnk you - that is why I also tagged it Entra. I was using Edge, but I will try clearing the cookies, although this was on a PC with a clean install of Windows.
