Everytime I trying to associate my app with the Microsoft Store I've got an error "The Microsoft Store experiencing network issues"
The Partner Center site is working correctly when trying to access it from browser. I use the same account in Visual Studio, with same Azure Active Directory, but can't get the list of apps.
I use Visual Studio 2022 version 17.5.3 for Windows with all necessary components installed. I have a stable internet connection and that there are no network issues. I was trying to clear cache many times, re-login, use different Visual Studio versions, but nothing helps

This problem may be due to the network settings of your device.
Please try changing the network, checking the network settings and firewall, or testing on other devices.

What can we do about this?
Tried everything and 3 different computers with different versions of Visual Studio. -

2024-02-28T01:15:36.6633333+00:00 Using a USA VPN solved this issue ans showed the app list. (We are from Portugal)

visual studio 2019 16.11.35 - works after refreshing the listWe do not see a way to downgrade existing installations to 17.9.7, and there is no longer a way to download visual studio 2019. We tried the VPN workaround but it doesn't work for us.

- My machine: 17.10.0, 17.10.1 and 17.10.2 not work.
- My friend machine (A): 17.10.0 not work.
- After he downgrade to 17.9.0, it work for him.
- Other friend machine (B): 17.9.0 work.
=> 17.9.0 work.
