Hello,

When changing the system long time format to hh:mm:ss, it will only affact the current user, once a new user logon, the new user has a default hh:mm and have to modify the setting again.

Is there a way to change long time format to hh:mm:ss for all users permanently?

    Hi fhazy888,

If it's a domain computer, you can create a GPO and set the time format in the Regional Option which is located at User Configuration \ Preferences \ Control Panel Settings \ Regional Options.

    Best Regards,
