    Hello Han Zhao,

Welcome to the MS Q&A forum.

From my understanding you are getting the 'Websocket' error when starting a CloudShell session.

CloudShell requires the ability to establish a websocket connection to the CloudShell infrastructure.

    Potential causes are:

    1. You have configured your network settings to enable sending https requests and websocket requests to domains at *.console.azure.com.
    2. Check for any proxy, which could be blocking the connection to *.console.azure.com
