Granted all calling API permissions, still bot is not able to enter the Calls in Teams.

Question

I want to get the transcripts of Teams calls/meeting, for that purpose, I am using MS Graph API, Since I enabled all the calling features in it, as mentioned in the documentation still there is no calling option showing for the bot in Teams app.
This is the documentation I am following.

Problem:
We are not able to call the bot, neither can the bot is able to enter group, calls, and meetings.
