Android apps don't update automatically in corporate-owned, fully managed user devices

Hi

We have several Corporate-owned, fully managed user devices, where we install various apps automatically via Endpoint Manager.

We have noticed that at least in some devices, apps do not update automatically.

Is there anything we can do? Maybe somehow force update for these apps?

    Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot and potentially resolve the issue:

    1,Please confirm that the devices in question are in compliance with your organization's policies. If a device is not compliant, it might prevent automatic updates.

    2,Also make sure the devices have an active internet connection. Automatic updates require an internet connection to download and install updates.

    3,You can try forcing a sync between the Endpoint Manager and the devices to see if this triggers the updates.

    4,Are the problematic devices and normal devices in the same group? Do they get the same policies?

    Hi

    I just noticed that I can't force a sync for Android devices.

    I can Wipe, Delete, Remote lock, Reset passcode, Restart and Play lost device sound.

    I also checked that device are checking in, today for the last time, but still I see outdated apps in those devices..
