My examvoucher has been cancelled, how do i get it back?

Hello Microsoft,

I had a MS-700 exam planned on location. I wanted to change it, so i could make the exam at home.

To do this i found a forum on your website, their it said that i needed to cancel my current exam first, then i could reschudeule the exam for home.

I cancelled the exam, but with this my voucher also got cancelled or deleted. I cant use it anymore and now i have to pay again. Is there a way where i can get my money back, or that i can get a new voucher for MS-700.

I really find this unfair. I have two relevant screenshots. The first one shows i had my exam planned for the 27th of october. You can check the date on the screenshot is says today (20-10-2023).

The second screenshot shows where a Microsoft employee told a user how to reschuduele an exam for home.

What steps should i take now?

This voucher was supplied to me by my employer.
