We have an existing tenant account for our organization with 16 users actively using email.
We have now been approved as non-profit, but the free licenses are connected to another tenant ... our domain+np. How do I apply the free licenses to our MAIN tenant organization?
To apply the free licenses for non-profit organizations to your existing tenant account, you will need to contact Microsoft support. They will be able to assist you in transferring the licenses from the other tenant to your main tenant organization.
