Assign "License Administrator" to "Escalation" GDAP Group

Hey all!

I'm using Lighthouse to manage multiple tenants in our very infantile MSP.

One thing I'm struggling to understand is how I can assign the "License Administrator" role to a specific security group within Lighthouse for our GDAP clients.

Currently, when we need to add a license for a client, we need to log in with their admin credentials, which defeats the purpose of Lighthouse.

To assign the "License Administrator" role to a specific security group within Lighthouse for GDAP clients, following steps might help:

In the Partner Center, go to the customer's account that you want to assign the "License Administrator" role to.

Under the "Customers" tab, select the customer's name to open their account.

In the left-hand menu, select "Access management" and then Lighthouse.

Select the "Security groups" tab.

Click on the security group that you want to assign the "License Administrator" role to.

In the "Roles" section, click "Add role".

Select "License Administrator" from the list of available roles.

Click "Save" to assign the role to the selected security group.
