Certification

I received my Excel Expert certification but it is not showing in my Microsoft account, however it is in Credly with a badge, and ok in Certiport. I have a certification ID and temporary access code. I believe the issue lies with my profile. I thought they were merged correctly but maybe not? Any help would be appreciated.
