I cleared PL-200 exam today afternoon. But didn’t receive any confirmation email from Microsoft, nor I can see the Score Report in “My Account”

I cleared PL-200 exam today afternoon. But didn’t receive any confirmation email from Microsoft, nor I can see the Score Report in “My Account”.

Please let me know when that can be seen in my Profile?
