Removing xbox notifications (Deathloop)in Windows 10

Question

How can I block xbox, game pass, or other microsoft store notifications? This is for an office and we are all on work accounts. I dont understand why we are getting ads in the notification toast. I can understand on a personal account but this needs to be disabled. We are working on financial documents and my CEO and CFO have ads for DeathLoop and Riot Games popping up on their screens.

Maybe this one helps though I have never gotten them on any of my desktops so there could be something else at play here as in some sort of malware.
