Multicloud architecture design AVD connectivity to AWS

Question

I tirelessly searched on Microsoft AVD documentation trying to find guidance, information, and just about anything on what I am trying to accomplish; at a high level, I have an AWS multi-region infrastructure SaaS environment. We have a requirement to provide Developers per region a dedicated VM with Visual Studio; so naturally we are looking at deploying a new instance of AVD. The idea is to have Developers use their AVD and then connect to AWS to use those resources there such as Windows Server VM and databases. Again I am trying to find guidance on what is the best applicable model for this scenario; do I get a site-to-site VPN between AWS and Azure? Do I establish Windows AD trust between AWS AD and a new AD on Azure? Do I just use ADD? These are questions I am trying to find answers to as the connectivity is the first step to figuring out.

Set up VPN tunnels

Build private lines

Set up private connectivity with a virtual router
