How do I upgrade from an Entra ID free licence to a P1 or P2? I have already used the free P2 trial.

I had a free account, when it expired I upgraded to PAY-AS-YOU-GO, then I had a trial P2 licence which has now expired. I want to get a P1 or P2 licence for my account, when I try to purchase it, it says I need a work account or create a new account. I am using my personal account for my pay-as-you-go azure entra id account. how do I get a P1 or P2 licence.

Hi Vasim,

Silly me, I was logging in with my personal (Owner\Creator) account to update licence. Logged in with other Global Admin account and all working.

Hi Vasim, As I mentioned in my question and I will say again when I follow the simple instructions, I am asked to create a new account or use a work account. So do I have to contact a sales person to perform a simple upgrade of my license?
