You can try to the following ways:
1.Check if the Windows Update service is disabled.
- Press the Windows key and R key at the same time, and then type "services.msc"(no quotes), press enter.
- Check whether the Windows Update service is disabled in the service. If it is disabled, double-click to open the service properties, change the startup type to "automatic", start the service, and save the settings.
- Open the update interface of the settings and check for updates again.
2.Reset WinSock to revisit.
Press the Windows key and X key at the same time, click Administrator command prompt, and run the following command:
netsh winsock reset
Finally, restart your machine.
3.You can check the Local Group Policy Editor to see if there is a setting that specifies the location of the intranet Microsoft Update Service, and if so, change it to Not configured. You can also disable or uninstall VPN or firewall apps that may affect updates.
