How do I fix 'Account Unknown' on Win 11 Home?

OK, I'm running Windows 11 Home edition. I was running a tweaked version, but I recently performed a system restore. Since the restore, the only tweak I made was to deactivate Defender. I'm logged in, and under settings my profile shows as normal. Now, I went to take ownership of my Asus Vivobook by opening 'properties' of C:/ drive, clicking the 'Security' tab, and then 'Advanced.' Under Advanced Security Settings my Account shows as 'Account Unknown(Big String of Numbers).' I went ahead and gave myself full permissions anyway, and now my WiFi on the laptop has been shutdown. I'm connected, but there's no internet. Wifi works fine on every other device, so it's safe to assume this is a PC malfunction. I'm also assuming the WiFi was shut down after I gave my unknown account full write permissions, and so the main issue is the 'Account Unknown.' Is there a way to fix this without a complete format with reinstall?

Windows creates hidden security accounts (starting with S-1-15-XXXX) which run in the OS background. These accounts are used for administrative tasks like Windows Security, installing updates, file management...etc. These are normal accounts and leave them as they are.

I installed windows 11 pro and I’m trying to move some dlc from their folder to the starfield solder but it keeps saying I need administrator permission , but I am the admin and only user on this pc. So I did all the change ownership, but when I try to change it the Xbox files and some other and a few other files give me access denied. I’ve tired everything and nothing seems to work. Help please.
