Recover outlook account without the lousy form

Hello support Microsoft,

Please make an effort to help us, as using this form seems illogical. The mailbox is only used for receiving mail, not for sending it. We created this account with the aim of linking it to our Apple ID. Unfortunately, we trusted an organization that provided us with cloud email services that were inconsistent with our personal data. Now we are considering the possibility of taking legal action against Microsoft and this support, which is not insignificant, even if we have shared all the information confirming our identity.
