Console render high performance mode

How can I render more characters per frame? I wrote a code in Python that renders video in ASCII characters and outputs each frame to the console, after which the frames are updated and a kind of ASCII video is actually obtained in the console. But as I increased the resolution (number of columns and lines), I started getting glare and flickers. How to fix? Link to video with issue
