When I updated the Azure OpenAI networking specification, I got the following error:
After tens of minutes, I still get the same error when I try to update again. Do you know the cause?

I think this could be an issue with the backend if there is any specific issues with deployments. I would suggest waiting and retry again after this request fails. Thanks!!
