Resetting password failing

Hi

One of my users are trying to log on to our Azure portal.

He is not able to resett password, and when I try to reset his password as an admin in the portal, I get

"We're sorry, we're not able to reset this user's password right now. This may be due to temporary issues on our end. Please wait a few minutes and try again."

What to do? It's been like this for days.

    Hi @Pål Fladsrud

    Check to see if the user has enabled passwordless authentication via SMS, which will prevent the user from resetting their password.

    Also, check to see if the user is a federated user. The above error will be caused when you try to update the password for a federated user.
