Recurring connexion error outlook on Mac

Hi there

My company has a Microsoft 365 subscription. We're hosted on ovh. I use a Macbook Pro with outlook on my laptop.

I have an account address that is an "onmicrosoft.com" one but my main email is one with my company name as domain name. I can receive my email with my main address but I keep having the following error message appearing in the course of the day:

Seems like the onmicrosoft and main address are not properly talking to each other. Can you help?

To confirm further, could you please provide some detailed information?

Did this issue occur suddenly? Did you perform any special operations?

What's the version of your Outlook? Please make sure you have upgraded your Outlook to the latest version.

Can you send emails from your main email normally?
