install vs2013 failed，Update X does not apply, or is blocked by another condition on your computer.

i have install vs2013 once,and then i uninstall it. after some time,i need install again,and failed.dd_vsupdate_KB2829760_20231023165255.log this is the log,plase help me solve the question,thanks a lot.

    Maybe you use an incorrect installation package (Visual Studio 2013 Update 2). The Visual Studio 2013 Update 2 requires a member of the visual studio 2013 family.

    Please download and install the Visual Studio 2013 with Update.
