Hello everyone I am have been experiencing issues with my pc. I was just playing a on my custom gaming pc and all of a sudden there was this weird crosshair on my screen. And it hasn't gone away. It has a dot in the middle and then 4 sides of a circle meaning there's spaces on the top, bottom, left side, and right side of the circle then there's another 4 sided circle that goes around it and the spaces are in the same spot as the smaller one and in between the spaces of the outer circle there are little lines in between the spaces. I don't know what happened. I've tried trouble shooting my pc and it gave me some updates to do so I did them it didn't work I've restarted my pc I've uninstalled a bunch of my games along with the one i was playing when the crosshair popped up. I've unplugged everything then plugged it back in. ive ran a scan using my antivirus. And now I don't know what to do i only built it a couple months ago and now somethings wrong. I am pannicing so much so can someone get back to me as soon as possible. Thanks.

    Hi,
1.Was there internet access when you were playing the game?

2.Please check if any attack or risk has been detected when running antivirus software like windows defender or third party tool.

3.Is this laptop or computer running windows operating system? You have added tag of remote desktop service, did you remote from one PC to another?
If yes, kindly confirmed the detailed OS version for us to troubleshooting further.

    Thanks,
    Jenny

I had the same problem. Turns out it's a built in feature of some gaming monitors. There is a key on your keyboard that will turn it on and off or a switch on the actual monitor. Perhaps Google your brand of monitor to find out exactly which key it is. For me it was > on my keyboar
