how do I sign in to new outlook

Does "new outlook" refers to the new version of Outlook described in this document?

If so, you don't need to "sign in" to use the new Outlook app. To get the new Outlook app for windows app, you can use one of the options below, depending on your situation:

• Option 1 - Turn on the Try the new Outlook toggle in your current Outlook app. This option is available with desktop version of Outlook for Microsoft 365, and with the Mail and Calendar app on Windows devices.
  
• Option 2 - Download new Outlook from the Microsoft Store.
• Option 3 - Outlook is pre-installed on new devices running Windows 11 PC version 23H2, or when you upgrade to Windows 11 version 23H2 when available.

If you are looking for is the instructions to add an email account in the New Outlook, you can refer to the steps below:

1. Launch the New Outlook app.
2. From the dropdown on the welcome screen, select the account you want to use or create a new one. Then select Continue. Select Next to accept the privacy settings.

Select an option about sending optional data, and then select Accept. Review the privacy information about connected experiences, and then select Continue. 

1. Select Apply Settings or Skip. New Outlook will open with your account details.
